American Biological Technology Inc. was officially established in 2001 to address the

subsidiary of Electronic Subsurface Imaging Inc. (ESI), a private firm that specializes in a wide
range of environmental services. The principles of both companies, having a strong background in
environmental issues saw the need to improve protocol for the regulation of mold inspection and
mold remediation. ABT Inc. is dedicated to improving the present mold industry and establishing
responsible protocol and serving the public with their mold concerns.
